Cancellation Policy

In the event you need to cancel your attendance at a workshop, please notify us thirty (30) days prior to your workshop start date. We will refund your deposit, less a $50 cancellation fee.  If you need to cancel between fifteen (15) and thirty (30) days prior to your workshop start date, Sunglow Workshops will retain your $300 deposit, but other payments to Sunglow Workshops, if any, will be returned to you.  If you need to cancel less than fifteen (15) days before the start of your workshop, all deposits or payments made for your workshop and housing will be retained by Sunglow Workshops.  Sunglow Workshops has the right to cancel any reservation and retain all payments made to Sunglow Workshops if the full balance of payment for your workshop is not received fifteen (15) days prior to the start of the reserved workshop.  Refund of payments for workshop and housing cannot be made if it is necessary for you to leave the workshop after it starts. 

We try very hard to offer our workshops under all circumstances, even if enrollment is under our target number. However we ultimately need to cover our costs. Since those costs vary from one workshop to another, there is some variability in the minimum number of persons that we need to sign up for a workshop in order for it to take place. Should a workshop not reach its minimum by thirty days in advance of the start of the workshop, we may be forced to cancel it. Should this occur, all deposits or payments made for your workshop and housing will be refunded in full, or on your request, transferred to another available workshop of your choosing.  However Sunglow Workshops cannot be responsible for, nor can we refund, expenditures made for rental cars, airline tickets or other expenses associated with a cancelled workshop. 

Transfers from one course or workshop to another are possible prior to thirty (30) days before the start of your registered workshop should another workshop be available. A $30.00 transfer fee will be applied, but not if the reason for the transfer is that your original workshop was cancelled.
